Deep Rest Workshop
This January, skip the hustle and forget the resolutions.
Winter invites us to slow down, soften, and restore — and that’s exactly what this workshop is all about.
Deep Rest combines:
• Yin Yoga to release tension and open the body.
• Restorative Yoga to nourish your nervous system.
• Guided Meditation to quiet the mind and reconnect within.
Step away from the noise of “new year, new you” and into a space of calm, stillness, and deep renewal.
Mainly floor based physical practice, suitable for beginner Yogis and beyond.
Hosted by Studio Owner and Senior Yoga Teacher, Karine.
Karine has over a decade of teaching experience and is certified in Yin Yoga, Chinese Medicine for Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and much more.
Come with an open heart and mind, and do what works for you - even if that’s just laying down and resting.
