Join us for an evening of meaningful conversation, connection, and movement. The Men’s Walk & Talk is a relaxed yet powerful session designed to support men’s mental health and well-being.

Each month, we explore a different topic—ranging from mental health, finances, relationships, faith and fitness—all essential aspects of a man's journey in today’s world.

This is not a lecture or seminar—there are no speakers, no hierarchy, and no judgment. Just men coming together to share challenges, insights, and wins in a safe, supportive space.

Together, we’ll take a refreshing walk through Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter, giving space for open and honest conversations.
