We meet every Sunday (unless advertised indifferent) at the site of Birmingham Settlement on the Edgbaston Reservoir at 09:15 for a 09:30 start.
There are two sessions- Running group and Walking group led by qualified leaders.
The distance is 2.5km or 5km for Running in a clockwise direction and the walking group go in the opposite direction and do one lap of 2.5km.
Everyone is Welcome to attend including dogs on leads and buggy users.
There are different types of abilities so the group is for beginners, intermediate specifically.
Anyone travelling by bicycles may station their bicycle at their own risk on site in dedicated bicycle park.
There are toilets on site at the Red Shed and refreshments are provided afterwards for the participants.
Donations are accepted at the cafe- please ask a member of the volunteer team.
Our Running session is timed by our Timekeeper and we have Photography taken at both our sessions.
Please sign in for every session and advise the Coordinator or any team member if you would prefer not to be included in any social media.
We are a friendly group with a following of 250 members, however our normal Sunday attendance is between 40- 70.
