Neo-Com-S is a 1 day simulation course for West Midlands paediatric trainees (ST3 and above), held at Birmingham Women's Hospital. It has been designed to give trainees the opportunity to develop their skills in managing challenging coversations a safe and supportive learning environment. Feedback from trainees attending this course has been really positive.
