As summer wanes and the earth settles into its steady rhythm, we turn inward to gather the harvest of our inner landscape. This workshop invites us to explore the Heart of Dharma, the living principles that guide us to embody presence, integrity and compassion in everyday life.
Through Yin postures, Pranayama and meditation, we cultivate grounded-ness in the body, clarity in the mind and spaciousness in the heart. The practice allows us to integrate the Qi, insight and vitality we have nurtured in the inner seasons, creating a stable and nourishing foundation for life.
We close our time together with a gentle sound integration to support the energy we have cultivated, anchoring presence and deepening the experience of embodied dharma.

This workshop is part of a seasonal series exploring the flow of Qi in Spring, the heart in Summer, the inner landscape of practice as the seasons unfold from Late Summer into Autumn and . Each session builds on the last, offering a continuous journey through body, energy, and awareness. Workshops are available for individual purchase. It is not a requirement to attend all workshops in the series.
