And this time... we're taking things to a whole new level.

VIP MORNING: Our StrongHER VIP session will be in the morning from 9am-12pm.
This is where we'll have a morning dedicated to your mindset as an athlete, expanding your capacity to propel towards your dream total.

Taking you from 'gym goer' to athlete. From 'athlete' to champion. And from 'champion' to untouchable.

SBD WORKSHOP: Kicking off at 2pm sharp, we have 45 mins dedicated to each lift - building up your technique, confidence and execution under the bar before we head into your team competition... 😏
Your chance to feel out your strongest lift, pick your team and GO FOR IT

TEAMS COMPETITION: You'll be in teams of 3, competing in one lift of choice each (either squat, bench or deadlift) and the team with the highest combined total, will be converted into points - highest points will be crowned the strongHER Winners!

Info: Our signature SBD workshop. You will refine every detail of your squat, bench and deadlift and learn cues, drills and technical pointers that will completely transform your lifts, so that you can make 2026 the year you hit your dream total. AND 10x your confidence under the bar before you step foot on the platform in the lift of your choice!

Info: THE FIRST STRONGHER COMPETITION!! This has been designed as a team competition, lifting in a team of 3 lifters. Each of the team members is responsible for 1 of the 3 lifts (Squat, Bench or Deadlift). Team scoring will be done by IPF GL points per lifter (calculated by their bodyweight and what they've lifted). If you're purchasing tickets in groups, you can absolutely come with a group pre-prepped, but if not you'll be meeting the MOST incredible group of lifters at StrongHER and you can build your dream team on the day. This is an INSANE opportunity to get some fun, low-stakes platform experience with official refs and rules, without the restrictions or pressures (plus only 1 lift). The teams competition is *NOT COMPULSORY* - this is included in your ticket, but if you want to get involved without the pressure, you can just jump in for a solo lift, or simply cheer from the crowd! The whole idea is to just have some fun together and have the experience, so no pressure here at all ✨
