About this Event
This 90-minute class offers a smooth, nourishing journey from movement into stillness,suitable for all levels.
We begin with breathwork to set the foundation, giving you space to reset and gently let go of the day. From there, we move into slow stretches and strength-based work, gradually
building warmth in the body through a Hatha-inspired Yang practice. Poses are held with attention to alignment, allowing the body to open naturally as we build towards balances and optional inversions as our peak.
From this point, we begin to unwind, turning the volume down as we transition into Yin.
Drawing on traditional Chinese theory, we work with meridian lines to support different areas of the body, holding poses for longer periods (around 3–5 minutes or more).
The warmth we’ve built, along with the support of props, helps you feel safe, open, and at ease as you settle into stillness.
You’ll leave feeling balanced, grounded, and restored.
