Kelly will deliver a ‘Breathwork, Sound & Chant’ evening for you to switch off and enjoy. She wants you to immerse yourself in all the benefits of these practises. They will really help you to switch off and land in your body.
Sound has amazing benefits of healing you from deep within, and the chanting will be an optional area for you to join but otherwise you can just listen and enjoy the voices! Breathwork will be the main feature of the class. We will work through some deeply healing and transformative breath techniques – they will have an incredible ability to help you switch off from your busy mind and bring you into your body.
