World Mental Health Day Play-Based Run

Join us for a fun-filled evening starting with a warm up led by Jody from Triple Gs Private Gym, followed by a play-based all level 5k run/walk with Lindsay from Daily Slay Club and finishing it with breath work led by Britt from Valley Bee Wellness!

Afterwards, we are excited to have K'pure Naturals, HEAL Wellness, CARES Counselling and Archway Community Serivces popping up inside out store! They will be showcasing resourses and products that will help support physical and mental wellness.

Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a good time, this event is for you. Let's come together to promote mental well-being and have a blast while doing it. See you there!
