Sacred Full Moon Yoga & Meditation

Join us, The Black Cauldron in Abbotsford on Wednesday, October 16 @ 6-8pm as we learn to harness the power of the moon as individuals and as a community. Through meditation, mindfulness, yoga, letting go and attracting what is meant for us, and circle time. You will leave hopefully feeling empowered, grounded, and feeling a sense of purpose as we come together in the spirit of community and oneness under the blessed moon.

a water bottle
yoga mat (I do have 3 extra ones to share please reserve it if needed)
optional: a crystal, a towel.
