Oct 4th is the Information Session, where I explain all that you can expect from the Choose To Move Program and where you can ask any questions you may have.
Choose To Move is a FREE 8 week workshop series that covers specific topics of interest to Seniors to improve Activity and Wellness. There is a different topic each week. The goal is help share information, build community and social connections.
ActivAge is a FREE 9 week fitness class for Seniors. All fitness levels welcome, chairs are provided and equipment provided.
