The WORK LESS EVENT is a one-day, in-person experience designed to help you step out of the chaos, pinpoint what’s slowing you down, and create a practical plan to work fewer hours without sacrificing income.

This isn’t another motivational day filled with vague inspiration and no follow-through.

It’s a practical day focused on what actually moves the needle, so you can focus on high-impact work, and stop wasting time on the rest.

Meet your host, Ilaria Sambi

Ilaria is an Efficiency and Systems consultant, She has a Master’s Degree in Industrial Biotechnology that served no purpose other than to allow her to meet her husband and develop her problem solving skills and improve her systems knowledge. She is a mum, Italian, a bit geeky, obsessed with saving time and doing less for better results.

After working with many entrepreneurs as a systems implementer, she started seeing a common pattern. All these growing entrepreneurs thought that if they wanted to make more money, they had to do MORE in their business: more marketing, more 1:1 clients, more offers… but this added complexity was just making them resent their business and burn out.

With her FREEDOM framework, she now helps entrepreneurs reduce workload and add structure so they can scale in a sustainable way.
