Treat yourself to a day dedicated entirely to rest, rejuvenation and wellbeing. Join Wendy Moran of Amity Yoga Wellness for a luxurious women-only retreat at the award-winning Hope Street Hotel & Spa, set in Liverpool’s beautiful Georgian Quarter.
Your journey begins on the stunning fifth floor, where the yoga studio opens out to panoramic views across the city. Sip welcome drinks, settle in, and ease gently into your day with restorative Hatha Yoga, calming yogic breathing, and a deeply nourishing yoga nidra.

Part 1 Amity Yoga & Seasonal Lunch
- 9.45 am Arrive in Hope Street Hotel Reception
- Welcome drinks in the fifth-floor yoga studio
- Rejuvenating Hatha Yoga
- Soothing yoga breathing & guided meditations
- Deep relaxation yoga nidra
After your practice, enjoy a seasonal vegetarian retreat lunch, thoughtfully created for our group by Executive Chef Mike Kenyon and his team. A delicious dessert is included, and all dietary needs can be catered for.
Part 2 The Thermal Journey Experience
Slip into your robe and slippers and enter two hours of pure thermal-suite indulgence, featuring:
- Herbal sauna – aromatic herbs and spices to rejuvenate the whole body
- Ice bowl and water drench – an exhilarating full-body refresh (Wendy’s favourite!)
- Himalayan salt sauna – soft, warm glow and ion-rich air
- Aroma steam room – natural essences to soothe and unwind
- Experience showers – water, light and fragrance therapy
- Tepidarium – heated relaxation beds
- Indoor pool – 15 metres, with swim jet, water blades and underwater music
- Courtyard vitality pool – warm bubbles under the open sky, whatever the weather
Finish your retreat by unwinding with friends at the Hope Street Hotel Bar — the perfect closing ritual to a day of wellbeing, connection and calm.
