Yoga in Secret Roof Garden
Friendly & welcoming Yoga class in the secret roof garden at Tempest on Tithebarn Street, with epic views of Liverpool! This is an in person event where you can stretch, breathe, and relax while soaking up the urban oasis vibes & city skyline views.
Class Info
Our experienced instructors (Amy or Robin) will guide you through a Hatha Yoga practice: After a short warm-up there will be a series of postures to stretch & strengthen your whole body as you improve your mobility, posture, balance, focus & mood.
Clear and full instructions will be provided and this class is open to all levels of fitness (NOT suitable if you are pregnant) - if you have pain/stiffness you have a lot to gain but use caution and discuss any injuries with YinYan (email [email protected] in confidence)/your teacher prior to class - if in doubt seek advice from your GP.
What if it's raining?
If it is too wet/cold to be outside, the class will be inside on the 6th floor - whenever possible we will be outside though so please dress accordingly and bring an extra layer...or hopefully, sun screen!! 😎

People who have pre-booked a ticket will get priority but 'drop-ins' are welcome too, just bring £5 cash & your own mat.
N.B Late arrivals may not be able to get into the building & join the class, make sure you arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts at 9.45am. No refunds for late arrivals & your pace may be given to someone else.
(PS just so you know the video is from an evening class - in the mornings we will be in sun, clouds permitting!!)
