Rooftop Yoga, Sound Bath & Well-being Event Liverpool

Soak up the sun and move your body with fantastic view across the Mersey. A Yoga Flow followed by a Sound Bath Meditation & light snacks.
About this Event

Lesley-Ann Yoga and The Atlantic Tower Hotel Liverpool bring you an afternoon of health & well-being.

Soak up the sun with stunning views of the River Mersey and Liver Buildings, meet like-minded people, and take part in a beginners Vinyasa Yoga class and Crystal healing Sound Bath. Fruit, tea, pastries and refreshments are also provided.

Finish off your weekend the best way, healing your body & mind, try something new, and have fun! All ages and abilities are welcome.

Ticket includes:

- 45 minute Yoga Class

- 30 minute Crystal Sound Meditation

- Refreshments

What to bring?

A yoga mat. Sun screen. Water. Shades and a cap. Option to bring a small blanket for the soubd meditation. (Please note that yoga mats are not provided).

What to wear?

Shorts or leggings / or something loose and comfortable.

What if I've never practiced Yoga before?

Don't worry! There's a first time for everyone. You can take it at your own pace and rest in childs pose at any point.

What is a Crystal sound bath?

A crystal sound bath is a form of sound healing, in which a sound healer takes their students on a healing journey using the sound vibrations from different instruments (in this case crystal bowls, rain stick, buffalo drum). You will lie down and enjoy the sun whilst the vibrations enter your body and cells.

What about the weather?

Seeing as this event is outside on a rooftop, it is somewhat subject to weather conditions. If light rain, we offer disposable rain ponchos. However, in more extreme weather conditions we will either re schedule, or refund your money (minus the small Eventbrite booking fee).

T&C'sAll children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.Tickets are none refundable. However, should the event be cancelled due to weather or other unforseen circumstances, a full refund will be applied minus eventbrite charges.Please note that photography may take place at this event for promotional purposes.
