🌿 Pregnancy Morning Retreat
A nurturing and empowering 2.5-hour experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and baby and feel safe, supported and held in community with other expectant mamas!
This gentle morning retreat is a space for connection, creative flow and deep nourishment. Through movement, mindfulness, women’s circle and creative expression, you’ll be guided to soften out of the busy mind and into your body, your intuition and your pregnancy journey.

🧘♀️ Gentle Pregnancy Yoga
A grounding, nurturing practice to support your body, release tension, and encourage connection with your baby.
✨ Women’s Circle
A safe, supportive space for connection, sharing (if you wish) and being held in community with other mamas-to-be.
🌿 Mindfulness & Relaxation
Guided practices to calm the nervous system, support emotional wellbeing, and create a sense of inner safety and presence.
🎨 Creative Pregnancy Workshop
An intuitive, creative session designed to support expression, flow and connection with your baby and your experience of pregnancy.

This retreat is suitable for participants who are at least 14 weeks pregnant on the event date. Participants will be contacted in advance of the event with a health questionnaire. If you are unsure whether this session is suitable for you, please consult your midwife or healthcare provider before booking.
