Women’s Empowerment Workshop: Clarity & Calm

Come join us for an afternoon to remember with your guides Cyndi and Lena. We will take you through a journey that will set you up for your best year yet. We will conduct a clarity workshop, address self-limiting beliefs, participate in a Reiki-infused meditation, enjoy a relaxing sound bath with crystal singing bowls, and have time for networking and light refreshments.

Recommended Attire: Wear comfortable clothing, and dress in layers as we will be outside in January.

What to Bring: Yoga mat and/or blanket, water bottle and an open mindset.
