Evening Stretch Flow Donation Yoga at Sunset Cliffs (Every Wednesday!)

Join yoga teacher Amy Baack for a Donation Stretch Yoga flow at San Diego's beautiful Sunset Cliffs every Wednesday evening from 6:00-7:00 pm! It doesn't get better than this oceanfront view at sunset. ??

This is an accessible all-levels 60 minute Slow Gentle Hatha flow yoga class, and everyone is welcome, including beginners! It's the perfect way to unwind after a busy day and rehab your body.

Bring a yoga mat, a towel for underneath your mat (optional, the cliffs can get dusty), sun protection, water, and all your friends & fam!

Meet right at the intersection of Sunset Cliffs Blvd & Adair St at the northern tip of the park (there's plenty of free street parking in the area). Please note that the Eventbrite Map link often leads to the incorrect location, so be sure to enter in Sunset Cliffs Blvd & Adair St on your GPS for the right spot. We're right next to the Inn at Sunset Cliffs and the Natural Park sign.

Suggested donation: $10 (cash and Venmo @Amy-Baack accepted)

Space is limited per park regulations, so please grab your free ticket here on Eventbrite to join!

Each week WILL sell out, so be sure to snag your spot early, and please Cancel your tickets if you know you will be unable to attend.

ALSO - I offer yoga mat rentals: a yoga mat + towel to go underneath it for an extra $5 each, just let me know ahead of time! (Perfect if you're visiting from out of town.)
