This session will focus on intentional writing and voice. We will also look at finding balance with ourselves and our writing. This will involve devling into the questions:

What message do you want your writing to convey?

How can you show rather tell?

How does mindfulness relate to balance?

How could this impact your writing?

Session will include:

A curation of carefully selected readings

Writing prompts and writing materials

Opportunities for sharing and discussion

Guided writing exercises

Tea and homemade cake
