Bring a pillow, and/or blanket or warm socks, no need to be dressed in yoga clothes this class offers a few yin positions on the floor.

What is a Sound bath with Yin yoga?
is an experience that combines yin yoga techniques:
- breath
- lying on your back, side or front
with a bath in sound of:
- gong
- crystal bowls
- rain stick
- Kalimba
