Women's Moon Circle

Women's Circle is a coming together to reflect, witness and release within a sacred container. This is an ancient practice where we will meet on (or near) the full moon. Anyone who identifies with the female experience is welcome.

Ashlee utilizes her expertise as a reiki master (energy healer), intuitive astrologer and RYT to create an all-levels friendly flow class. She began her yoga journey over ten years ago as a means to find breath/body connection and found a portal opening to awareness, compassion for self and somatic healing. Her classes are designed to move you into a meditative state via yogic philosophy, astrology and energetics.
