Have you had any of the following and just can’t get to the bottom of it?

PMS/ menstrual issues or
Menopausal symptoms?
This workshop will teach you how to tune in and listen to the wisdom of your body,
specifically in the area of women’s health.
It will illuminate the ways in which symptoms are flags for deeper healing and how in order
to truly heal we need to look beyond the level of the physical.
Includes: group discussion, meditations and yoga for uncovering the hidden messages of
symptoms showing up in your body/ mind.
Please bring a journal and pen for reflective journalling and wear comfortable clothes to
move in.
