Immerse yourself in the present moment as you engage in mindfulness exercises designed to deepen your awareness and enhance your overall well-being, fostering a sense of calm and renewal🧘‍♀️
Throughout the experience, our expert guide will provide insights into the profound impact of nature on 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, offering strategies for stress management, mood enhancement, and cognitive clarity. 𝐖𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲: 3km scenic nature hike, Guided mindfulness practices, Interactive Mental Health Talk, Nature drawing and Journaling including take home 'nature journal and art tool kit', bushtucker inspired morning tea, safety briefing and professional guide/s.
