A nourishing day of withdrawing from the outside reality to recharge and recalibrate the system fully.
Space to relax, unwind, attune and co-regulate in a nurturing, cozy environment that invites a deep reset and regulation to the body, mind and spirit.
A day to fully tend to your inner landscape through the modalities of beginners therapeutic hatha and somatic yin yoga, meditation/stillness practices, journalling, pranayama/visualisation, delicious home cooked vegetarian 🥗 lunch and snacks.
Investment $195. All props supplied however you’re welcome to bring your own. Warm blanket advised aswell as anything else to support your comfort throughout the day.
