Come and join me on this deep healing experience and reconnect with your mind, body and soul at the beautiful Soul Barns Wellness centre in Mortimer/RG7 3PS,Nightingale Lane/

This immerse session is designed to promote your overall wellbeing offering a blend of holistic healing practices, meditation, sound healing, healing movement /kundalini yoga, Qi gong/ Reiki, Theta healing, essential oils, hopopono, sound healing with vocals, chakra balancing chanting and mantras .. to help you find balance.

You can expect:

This healing circle is designed to offer a sacred space for women to come together, share and heal.

A small supportive circle of no more than 11 people,

to connect with thoughts and emotions that may have been hidden.

Safe place free of judgement, competition, expectation, pressure or noise.

• Soundbath with quartz crystal singing bowls, tibetian bowls, tuning forks, angel tuning forks, koshi chimes, wind chimes, ocean drum, shamanic drum, shaker, tongue drum, tibetian tingsha cymbals, chanting, vocals and mantras
• Guided meditation to centre and calm your mind
• Positive Affirmations
• Reiki healing
• Spiritual healing/hopopono, theta healing/
• Gentle healing movement kundalini yoga and Qi gong/
• Herbal tea Oracle cards for spiritual guidance
