〰️ He has visited hundreds of cities and dozens of countries, holding various seminars and lectures and sharing valuable insights from ancient yoga wisdom.

〰️ Balakhilya is placing special emphasis on the fact that to start meditating and practising yoga, you don’t need to go into the forest or leave all your possessions and relationships behind. The teachings and practices of a yoga lifestyle can be added easily to your daily life.
