Women's Circle, Yin Yoga & Meditation in Southwark Park
An inclusive Women's Circle, Yin Yoga & Meditation event that invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and explore your relationship with self-love and self-worth.
So many of us carry a quiet question within. "Am I enough?" Enough as a woman. Enough as a mother, partner, daughter, leader, and friend. This 90-minute gathering creates a safe, judgement-free space to sit with that question, release what no longer serves you, and feel genuinely less alone in your experiences.
We open with a Women's Circle. Together, we will breathe, reflect, and share. You will have the space to speak your truth, hold space for others, and let go of a limiting belief through a simple and powerful release ritual. No experience of circles is needed. You can share as much or as little as you wish. Silence is always welcome.
From the circle, we move into a grounding Yin Yoga practice. Long, slow holds release deep tension stored in the hips, spine, and shoulders. The practice closes with a guided meditation to ground you, calm the nervous system, and leave you feeling genuinely rested.
No experience needed. This event is perfect for complete beginners and women at any stage of their wellness journey. Come exactly as you are. This is a safe space where women gather to support one another, breathe together, and simply be, without pressure or performance.
Trans women are warmly welcome. This is an LGBTQ+ inclusive space where everyone is treated with kindness and respect.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat or blanket to sit and lie on the grass
- Small blanket for comfort (optional)
- A bottle of water
- Notebook and pen (optional, if you like to write)
