ROOTED for Relationships is a one-day retreat designed for Christians who want to grow in healthy relationship patterns, deepen self-awareness, and build intentional foundations for the future.
Hosted by experienced relationship coaches Rob & Sonia Harris - with over two decades of ministry in this space, this retreat blends teaching, reflection, and meaningful connection in a calm and welcoming environment.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Throughout the day you will experience:
- Practical teaching on healthy relationships and emotional awareness
- Guided reflection and personal insight exercises
- Space for meaningful conversation and connection
- Refreshment breaks in a relaxed environment
- Time to pause, reset and gain clarity
Lunch is not included and will be taken at your own pace. The venue is a short walk from Westfield Stratford, offering a wide range of food options.
