• Somatic Movement – Release stagnant energy and let go through intuitive, freeing motions.
• Sound Activation – Let your vibrations flow, feeling heard and held.
• Collective Vision Board – Together, we’ll create a shared masterpiece of dreams and manifestations for ourselves and the world we want to live in.
