First Monday Wellness Meetup Group

Monday Wellness Meetups are for anyone who is interested in gaining a better understanding of emotional wellness. If you are already on a wellness journey these meetups are designed to help increasing your levels of awarness and balance. We will do a meet and greet between 5:30-6:00 and discussion from 6:00 to 7:30.

Our first meeting on June 5, 2023 we will discuss the importance of differentiating between mental health and emotional wellness.

Our second meeting on July 3, 2023 we will talk about how much emotional self-awareness impacts emotional wellness.

Each meeting will have ample time for open discussions.
