This month's circle is about looking at boundaries from a sacred perspective. Boundareis are a cornerstone of our well-being. Learing to define, communicate, and implement them, isn't pushing people away. It allows space for our truest selves to emerge, creating space for healthier, stronger connections with others.
Feeling drained, overcommitted, or resentful, can indicate blurred or absent boundaries, while very rigid ones can create isolation and unapproachability.
We will discuss how strengthening our core selves can assist in navigating healthy, consistent boundaries. We also will explore the sacredness of loving ourselves, which radiates a natural boundary of self care.
6:30pm Doors Open
Please arrive between 6:30-7:00pm for tea, annointing, and blessings from Tracy, our lovely hostess, and owner of 13 Moons Alchemy. Various seating arrangements are available, but feel free to bring a backjack or chair.
7:15pm Opening Meditation and Invocation, to ground and settle in. We will share intention for the evening, and stitch together our circle with introductions.
7:30-8:15pm Group sharing
8:15-9:15pm Movement, journey, and ritual
9:15-9:30pm Closing stitch
