Join us for a morning flow in the in the beer garden (weather permitting) led by Crystal Kage!
**During the fall, we will be inside the main taproom of GCB if it's too cold.**
Following the class, yogis can enjoy a complimentary beer and great company!
This class is for ALL levels, both new and experienced yogis, or for those who just want to come for the savasana and beer. Starts at 10am!

About Crystal:
Crystal is a 200 hour Certified Yoga Teacher through CorePower Yoga, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Personal Trainer.
She has taught over the last few years in Atlanta and Tampa Bay, most recently with yoga events around town!
