We will begin with grounding techniques, move into mindful breathing, journey through a guided meditation, and finish with a sound bath.
The following is a list of suggested items to bring, though not necessary.
- blanket
- pillow
- eye mask
- water bottle
You will be provided with a yoga mat. Bring anything else that will help you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the session. Wear comfortable clothing.
