This unique event will guide you through a meditation experience that calms the mind and rejuvenates the spirit.You’ll also learn about the rich history of these ancient instruments and their powerful connection to healing and relaxation.
Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this session offers a serene escape from the stresses of daily life.
What’s more? Since we’re doing this at Whiskers Workspace, the first cat coworking space in St. Pete, their lovely cat rescues will assist us in this zen odyssey!
Do you know that cats have great ability to focus? Has your cat been focused on you when you were sleeping? If you have one, we are certain you have experienced this.

What is included in the Meditation Class:
1 hour Himalayan meditation experience
Himalayan Tea and mingling post class
Other Offer: Donate $30 to CJPaws Rescue, partner of Whiskers Workspace, and you can get a cat bowl.
What to Bring:
Chairs will be provided, but if you prefer to lie down, please bring your own mat, blanket, bolster, or eye covering for added comfort. We recommend bringing extra padding if you choose to lie on the floor.
About the Instructor:
Carol Cannon, a seasoned practitioner passionate about helping others transition from chaos to calm, will be your guide. With decades of experience in music, Feng Shui, and yoga, Carol brings a wealth of knowledge and a calming presence to the session.
