Unwind & Refill ~ Yoga in the Garden

Join us every other Sunday for a gentle, all-levels vinyasa flow designed to help you unwind, move with intention, and breathe deeply.

Surrounded by nature, this donation-based class is the perfect way to refill your cup whether you’re new to yoga or looking to slow down your practice. We’ll flow through mindful movements and end with restorative relaxation, leaving you grounded, refreshed, and ready for the week ahead.
