Now held indoors in a cool, air-conditioned space just across the street from Walter Fuller Park in St. Pete at the Eagles Nest Clubhouse, 7801 34th Ave N, St. Pete, FL.

While we love being under the trees, Florida’s summer heat and unpredictable weather call for a little extra comfort. So we’re taking our Sound Bath Meditation indoors—same powerful healing experience, just in a serene and temperature-controlled setting.

Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned soul-seeker, this gentle, restorative session will help you:
