Women's Circle: Cacao & Breathwork Journey

Gently shedding the heaviness of winter, we step into a new season with more lightness, freshness, and possibility.

We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao, opening the senses and the heart, before dropping into a conscious connected breathwork journey that supports deep connection, presence, and inner warmth.

Spring invites us to nurture the parts of ourselves we want to see growing.
This journey is an invitation to move inward. To explore, soften, and open to new possibilities.

Breathwork is, for us, one of the most powerful and beautiful tools we know.
It can move emotions, expand awareness, release stored tension, and support deep connection — physical, emotional, and energetic. Every experience is unique, and you’re always invited to listen to your own rhythm and limits.

Contraindications: Conscious connected breathwork is a powerful practice and may not be suitable for everyone. It is not recommended if you are pregnant, have a history of severe cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, glaucoma, recent surgery, or severe psychiatric conditions (such as psychosis or bipolar disorder). Jil is a ceremonialist, Breathwork facilitator, & Hypnosis Coach from Berlin. She’s offering spaces of transformation in one-on-one and group settings. She loves gathering women and creating spaces where everyone feels free to uncover and express their most authentic selves. Her circles are influenced by her own experiences and practices using hypnosis, breathwork, and ceremonial cacao. Practices that allow us to land deeper within ourselves and align with our female, cyclic nature.
