Connect with the wisdom of your heart in this 3-part meditation series designed for EVERYONE including beginners. We will develop a connection as we explore this intentional heart centered practice through our breath, very gentle movement, and guided inner listening.
Together we’ll explore how to slow the mind, regulate the nervous system, and enter heart coherence — a state where breath, emotion, and awareness move in harmony.
From this space, participants are guided to feel, communicate with, and create from the intelligence of the heart.
Each class offers a nurturing blend of grounding practices, emotional awareness, and heart-led visualization to support clarity, self-trust, and aligned living.
