We can carry it brightly through our entire lives in a way that will inspire us and those around us to keep our hearts and minds open and curious. TBY Yoga & The Yoga Effect are excited to present Being the Lighthouse, a weekend yoga series featuring Desiree Rumbaugh, hosted at The Yoga Effect.
What to Expect:
In this supportive and in-depth workshop series, you will learn:
How to use muscular and organic energy to weave deep core strength into every posture.
New insights about connecting your arms to your upper back for greater stability.
The safest ways to increase flexibility in your spine.
Fun and challenging work that will help you with your balance and focus.
Workshop Details:
(Part 1) Friday: Do the Work & Find Your Freedom: Hip Openers. Increase mobility and release long-held patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
(Part 2) Saturday Morning: Balance of Strength & Softness: Shoulders and Backbends. Discover a user-friendly approach to working skillfully with sensitive areas.
(Part 3) Saturday Afternoon: The Power of Twists. Explore twists that open the hips and shoulders while engaging the legs through mindful work.
(Part 4) Sunday Morning: Full Spectrum Practice. A joyful completion weaving together everything explored over the weekend.
