PAINT YOUR ANIMAL ALLYA Creative + Intuitive Art Experience
There is quiet wisdom in all of us. Sometimes it appears as an image, a feeling, or the sense of something walking with us. In many traditions, this presence is known as an animal ally.
Through a guided inner journey and layered painting process, you will explore the energy of the animal that is here to support you.
Paint your way into a deeper connection with yourself by beginning with your breath, your body, and the quiet wisdom within.
About the event:
Paint Your Animal Ally is a guided creative experience where you will explore the presence of an animal guide through painting, reflection, and intuitive process.
Animal allies are energetic and symbolic companions that often show up when we are moving through change, asking questions, or seeking support. This workshop offers space to slow down and explore which animal may be walking with you right now.
Through a gentle blend of reflection, guided journey, and intentional painting, you will be invited to listen inward and see what begins to emerge.
No art experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity and openness.

Lisa Malanowski is a creative guide and founder of Soma Rise Studios. She offers intuitive and beginner-friendly art experiences that invite participants to slow down, listen within, and express what is wanting to be seen through painting.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and is certified in Vastu, Astrocartography, Reiki I, II, and III, Shamanic Practice, and Intentional Creativity as a Teacher, Practitioner, and Cura. Drawing from both her design background and years of study in the healing arts, she creates supportive spaces where creativity becomes a pathway to insight, connection, and personal reflection.
Her workshops gently guide participants to trust their intuition, explore symbolism, and experience art as a meaningful and soulful practice.
