This heart-centered evening is designed to help you gently reset your nervous system through somatic movement, seasonal ritual, and shared experience. Together, we’ll create space for clarity, calm, and what wants to grow in your life this spring.
Workshop Details and Benefits:
We’ll begin with a refreshing Spring Bloom Elixir, a floral citrus mocktail to awaken the senses and celebrate the seasonal shift. From there, you’ll enjoy a gentle, grounding yoga practice, guided breathwork and meditation, and a symbolic seed-planting intention ritual.
