Winter Solstice Transformative Dance with Reiki Circle

It’s that time of the year again.

Ela and I lovingly open a space for the Winter Solstice to come together in a small, cozy group and celebrate the shortest day of the year in community.

We are both trained transformative dance facilitators from Hadas Fisher Oren and create creative and guided movement sessions with incooperated Reiki circles.

This Winter Solstice session will gently focus on slowness, the qualities of winter, and the invitation to rest, recharge, and move together in conscious connection. Through intuitive, fluid movement, we’ll explore what it means to soften, slow down, and listen to the body’s quieter impulses.

As the body drops into deeper states of rest, movement becomes a pathway back into flow, allowing new energy, clarity, and creativity to emerge. This session is an invitation to reset, reconnect, and rediscover yourself through embodied presence.

As always, we will weave Reiki into the end, offering you the chance to receive deeply nurturing, grounding, and recharging energy — just in time to softly close the year or consciously step into your 2026.

This gathering is for you if you want to:

• reflect on your self through embodied practice
• nourish and calm your nervous system
• meet like-minded people in Berlin (and maybe make new friends :))

The session will be held mainly in English. If there is a wish for German guidance, we are happy to include German inputs on the dance floor as well.

• Yoga mat
• Warm socks
• Comfortable clothes for movement

☕ Tea and small snacks will be provided.

Come exactly as you are, in whatever mood you arrive — everything is welcome and needed here.

Transformative dance is a space where you may find answers to questions you carry… or simply return gently back into your body. It is a practice that often surprises in the most beautiful ways.
