Join us as we mark the Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year and the turning point back toward the light. This is when nature invites us inward: to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within.We'll begin with a guided meditation to settle into your heart and create space for what's ready to be released. Then we’ll work with fire, a timeless Solstice ally to support letting go of what no longer needs to be carried into the months ahead.
After our meditation and fire practice, we'll continue the evening together with a shared potluck meal.
