It’s time to heat things up.
Whether you’ve felt stuck in “parent mode,” numb from overgiving, or simply disconnected from your spark, this is your invitation to come home to your body—and remember how alive you are.
🌿 No choreography. No mirrors. No judgment. Just your body, your breath, and a guided two-hour movement experience designed to help you:

– Soothe your nervous system with grounding rituals

Sandra Rose, she/her, is a trauma-informed JourneyDance™ facilitator (since 2017) and Certified Spiritual Sexual Educator®, passionate about guiding movement experiences that awaken deep embodiment, self-expression, and personal transformation. Her events create permission-filled spaces where individuals explore their bodies, emotions, and energy with curiosity and freedom.
Blending hypnotic guidance, evocative music, and somatic awareness, Sandra invites participants to drop into their bodies, release tension, and reclaim their inner wisdom. Her approach bridges sensory awakening, emotional alchemy, and sacred embodiment—transforming movement into a catalyst for profound self-discovery.
