Whether you're curious or already a pro, come hang out, connect, and shine with like-minded souls. It's casual, vibrant, and totally you!

For Women, Trans Men, Non-Binary, Agender, and Gender-Expansive Individuals; Anyone who resonates with an aspect of the feminine experience, especially being conditioned through childhood as a "good girl".

This guided group is inspired by the work of Kasia Urbaniak on embodied influence, power dynamics, and the art of clean, grounded command.

Together, we’ll explore how to take up space, speak with authority, and hold others in deep, unwavering attention.

Through playful exercises, somatic roleplay, and group practices, you’ll learn how to:

✨ Command with clarity
✨ Receive cleanly and unapologetically
✨ And access your inner Mistress; as a reclamation of sovereign presence.

This circle gives you tools to flip the script on people-pleasing, over-explaining, and shrinking back.
Instead, we practice presence, precision, and unshakable self-trust; held within a community of dignity, sisterhood, and shared becoming.
