Step onto your mat this New Year's Eve for a truly heart-centered experience. This class is an invitation to ground yourself deeply as you reflect on the journey of the past year and prepare for the possibilities of the next. Through a compassionate and empowering flow, we'll connect with the wisdom of our hearts, cultivating gratitude, self-love, and intention. Release what no longer serves you and embrace a radiant new beginning with strength and grace. The session will end with a soundbath letting the vibrations usher us into the new year Suitable for all levels.
