Yoga, Stories & Craft with with Ava Dussault from 2MindfulGirls Kids Yoga

Join us for storytime with Ava Dussault from 2MindfulGirls Kids Yoga for a morning of yoga and stories! Ava will read her new children’s book, Breathe, Stretch, Explore: A Yoga Journey with Renee and Chester. Throughout the story, she will lead kids through yoga poses and a children’s yoga and mindfulness class! We will end with a small art project.
