Join us for an evening designed to steady the season before the new year. This Winter Reset blends gentle Slow Flow, an intention talk inspired by the yoga principles of Dharma, guided meditation, and live viola on the Rooftop Lawn. It’s the perfect moment to pause, reconnect, and shift into the year ahead with clarity.

From 6:30–7:00 PM, enjoy the Cocoa and Chai Bar and time to unwind with neighbors. At 7:00 PM, settle onto your mat for a sixty minute Slow Flow class led by Samantha Reynolds (@journeysforthesoul), 500 Hr Yoga Teacher and Founder of Cafe Namaste, accompanied by live violist Vishnu Ramankutty of the New World Symphony. Gentle movement, breathwork, sound, and meditation come together to offer a true winter reset.

Mats are available in limited supply, so please bring your own if possible.

This gathering is open to Society Wynwood residents and guests of the Café Namaste community.

Event Policies and Notes

• Rain Policy: If it rains, class will be moved indoors to the building’s yoga/gym room.
• Rooftop Space: This event takes place outdoors on the rooftop in Wynwood. While we amplify sound, please note there may be city noise and passing airplanes.
• Photo + Video: Discreet photography will be taken by Cafe Namaste staff for promotional use.
• Waiver + Release: By registering, participants acknowledge and accept a general liability waiver releasing Sam Reynolds LLC dba Café Namaste and Society Wynwood from responsibility for injuries or damages that may occur during participation.
