🟠 2 hours of deep candlelit relaxation at Insole Court Cardiff 😊🙏🟠 Friday - the 30th of January - 6:30pm to 8:30pm
🟠 We will start with gentle Hatha Yoga, some simple Aum chanting and a deep relaxation from the Gitananda Yoga tradition before a full sound bath with Paiste symphonic and bronze gongs, Chau gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, handpan and other instruments. To finish there will be organic chocolates (please fill in dietary requirements when booking).
🟠 All abilities are welcome, come and let of go stress. Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, a 2 pillows and a blanket. Anything you need to be comfortable.
🟠 If you have any dietary requirements (vegan, gluten free etc), please fill in the questions on the booking form. Spaces are limited, if you have any questions, please feel free to message.
