A special Christmas session where we will relax with Hatha Yoga and a Gong Bath before making a Christmas wreath to take home with a local artist 🎄🎅🙏🟠 Saturday - 6th December - 1pm to 5pm
🟠 We will start with 1 hour of Hatha Yoga and a deep relaxation from the Gitananda Yoga tradition before a full sound bath with Paiste symphonic gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, handpan and other instruments.
🟠 In the second part of the day we will make an eco friendly willow Christmas wreath with local artist Imogen Higgins-Jonas. All materials, tea and cake are included.
🟠 All abilities are welcome, come and let of go stress. Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, pillow and a blanket. Anything you need to be comfortable.
🟠 If you have any dietary requirements (vegan, gluten free etc), please fill in the questions on the booking form. Spaces are limited, if you have any questions, please feel free to message.
